Turning Point’s Mission is to provide housing, rehabilitation, recovery and support services to adults affected by mental illness to help them overcome barriers and reach their highest potential as contributing members of the community.

The Veteran’s Transitional Housing Program, Ventura, is looking for a highly motivated LMFT or LCSW to make a difference in the community. All of our staff are dedicated to enhancing and enriching the lives of Veteran’s struggling with homelessness. As a full time Program Manager you would oversee clinical interventions to support each Veteran in reaching their goal of permanent housing to end their homelessness. In addition, be accountable for the implementation, management and evaluation of high-quality psychiatric rehabilitation, and Harm Reduction services for the chronic mentally ill and homeless Veterans. Assure timely completion of documentation as required by Veterans Administration and ensure communication with collateral agencies and providers. Build your own team, conduct recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling, and supervision of program staff, interns, and participate as a member of Turning Point Foundation’s Leadership Team.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must hold a professional state license in the mental health field.
